Dan Linn back at Fort Ord in 2004 standing next to his old 2nd Platoon, Comapny C barracks, Bldg 2163. Fort Ord was closed in 1994 as part of the DOD's cost cutting measures. Today a good portion of the old main post is now the home of California State University at Monterey Bay.
